To be frank, nobody (but us!) expected the explosion of the lo-fi hip hop and chillwave rap as a mass genre. One of them is certainly Serpent’s Eye: from the ghetto and the bedroom studio in the Brooklyn suburbs, to the top of the indie charts… What a jump!
